The Senior Leadership

The senior leadership is responsible for the operations of the organization and obtains its authority from the bylaws. Since the founding of the organization, there have been changes to the structure of the senior leadership as the organization grew and expanded.

The Leaders

Leader & President

The leader is responsible for the daily operations of the organization, as well as supervision over the programs of the organization, and ensures the mission of the organization is fulfilled.

The current Leader is also the President of the board of the Best Clan Organization Inc.

The current incumbent is Raymond Chung

The current Incumbent has held the office since July 1, 2008

Co-Leade & Vice-President

The Co-Leader is responsible for the daily operations of the organization along with the leader and shares the responsibility of ensuring the organization is fulfilling its mission.

The Current Incumbent is Jennifer Crowder

The Current Incubnat is in office since October 1, 2021

Vice-Leader

The Vice-Leader is responsible for managing the executive department of the organization and is also responsible for the execution of the organization's missions locally and regionally.

The Vice-Leader is 1st in line of succession in the event the office of the Co-Leader or Leader becomes vacant. Organization bylaws require that both genders are represented in the office of the Leader and Co-Leader.

Department Secretaries

The secretary of each department per organization bylaws is part of the senior leadership. Each secretary is appointed by a Sector Commander and the position is confirmed by three leaders of the organization, if there is a vacancy and there is a tie, then the board of directors at their next regular meeting will cast a vote and a two-thirds majority will confirm the secretary.

Sector Officers

Sector officers are part of the senior leadership per organization bylaws. Sector officers are defined as Sector Commander, Section Commander, and Quadrant Commander.

Sectors in North America, United States of America, appear in the order of statehood. Sectors that don't currently have a sector commander will not be listed.

Sector Commanders serve the organization's senior leadership by being local representatives of the organization, their job is to help expand the organization and to promote the organizations mission and to assist members and other senior officers in their duties.
